Autism Services Case Manager: Family-Centered Support

Easterseals Florida in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a compassionate Case Manager to guide families through autism screening and service coordination. You will connect families with resources, coordinate referrals, and advocate for access to supports across the autism journey.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 1 year of social services experience, with ASD knowledge and strong communication skills.
