Mto Transportation Infrastructure Director

Shape Ontario transportation infrastructure through MTO design leadership, strategic delivery planning, and trusted stakeholder relationships in the Greater Toronto Area.Aplin has partnered with an award-winning professional services firm seeking a Director, Design & Delivery. You will lead high-profile highway infrastructure programs and provide senior direction across engineering, project strategy, and delivery. The work includes MTO assignments, P3 initiatives, and alternative delivery models.Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic planning for MTO and alternative delivery programsRepresent the organization as a senior transportation advisorDrive technical excellence, quality, schedule, and commercial objectivesManage project resources, budgets, schedules, quality, and risksChampion innovation and sustainable highway delivery approachesRequirements:
P.Eng. designation in Canada;
Ontario preferredCivil Engineering degree or related educational background15+ years managing complex highway infrastructure projectsStrong understanding of MTO processes and requirementsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsApply transportation strategy, MTO knowledge, and infrastructure delivery leadership to programs with significant impact across Ontario communities.
