Affiliate Program Manager in iGaming

Elevate your career with BrightIT as an Affiliate Program Manager, specializing in iGaming. Focus on building affiliate partnerships across regulated North American markets, maximizing revenue through strategic initiatives. This position is integral to our expanding North American growth strategy. With 4-6+ years of iGaming experience, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing affiliate strategies while managing high-volume partnerships. Your analytical skills will support performance metric analysis aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage affiliate strategies in regulated markets
- Monitor and optimize affiliate performance metrics
- Onboard high-value affiliates from various sectors
- Negotiate partnership agreements and terms
- Collaborate across departments for holistic marketing strategies
- Minimum 4–6 years in affiliate marketing
- Experience within US and Canadian regulations
- Strong understanding of CPA and RevShare models
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Autonomous and highly organized
