Our Corporate Sales Division is one of our fastest-growing areas of the business, and we're looking for an Account Manager to help us continue scaling.

The Opportunity

As an Account Manager on our Corporate Sales Division, you'll be the trusted partner behind every corporate client relationship from the moment an opportunity comes in through to the moment the order ships. You'll work alongside our outside sales team to turn interest into orders, bringing creativity, product expertise, and exceptional service to every interaction.

This is a high-impact role in a growing division with real runway for advancement. You'll join a tight-knit team where your work directly shapes how some of Canada's most recognizable brands, organizations, and partners experience Levelwear.

What You'll Do

Own client relationships from opportunity to order

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, building trusted, long-term relationships

  • Understand each client's brand, goals, and needs to recommend the right Levelwear products for their project

  • Respond to inquiries with speed, accuracy, and a service-first mindset

Drive opportunities forward

  • Partner with outside sales reps to take projects from initial interest through to order

  • Lead product ideation and bring creative recommendations to clients, suggesting the right styles, fabrics, and finishes to bring their vision to life

  • Build mockups and proposals that showcase Levelwear's value and elevate order conversion

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across our product lines

Collaborate across the business

  • Work cross-functionally with graphics, sales operations, production, and customer service to ensure flawless order execution

  • Troubleshoot inventory, sizing, or timing challenges by proposing creative alternatives that keep projects moving

  • Keep clients informed with proactive updates on orders, new product launches, and timelines

Represent Levelwear in the field

  • Attend industry trade shows and events a few times per year (typically 2–5 trips annually)

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in the promotional products or corporate apparel industry is a strong asset

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly

  • A creative, solution-oriented mindset; you enjoy turning a client's vague idea into a concrete recommendation

  • Comfort managing multiple accounts and projects in parallel without dropping details

  • Sales and service instincts — you spot opportunities to add value and act on them

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and energized by working as part of a team

  • Located in the GTA

  • Compensation: $48,000- $55,000 CAD per year plus team-based performance bonus tied to U.S. and Canadian sales targets
