We're hiring a Floral Designer.

Professional floral design experience is mandatory. Only those with actual professional floral design experience will be considered. Please do not apply if you do not have professional floral design experience in a flower shop.

Key Responsibilities and Skills Required:

-design floral arrangements and gift baskets as per customer requests

-plant care and design

-high level of professionalism with both customers and fellow staff members to maintain positive relationships

-strong English language skills both written and oral

-organized and attentive to detail

-communicate with customers on orders placed by phone, email or online

-process orders and payments

-process floral inventory received from suppliers

-restock inventory for gift baskets

-maintain floral cooler with stock and ready-to-sell floral designs

-maintain cleanliness of showroom and work area

-work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines for delivery

-strong sense of initiative, problem-solving and work ethic

-available for all key seasonal holiday periods including, Christmas, Valentine's Mother's Day, Easter, etc.

-strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Email, Internet)

-must be physically fit to be able to stand for long periods, lift and carry product and water buckets, climb stairs
