Excel in mechanical engineering leadership as an Associate Principal at Introba. Your role will center around managing design projects and enhancing team performance in HVAC and related systems. As an Associate Principal, you will lead the Project Design Team at Introba, ensuring accountability and adherence to quality standards. You will be instrumental in developing the team's technical skills while providing support and oversight of design decisions. Your proactive engagement with clients and stakeholders will also promote healthy business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team in training and development initiatives
- Monitor and forecast workload and resource utilization
- Implement quality service and product enhancement programs
- Facilitate field reviews for compliance assurance
- Act as a key representative in client interactions
- 10+ years in HVAC, Plumbing, and Control systems design
- Experience in Science & Technology project oversight
- Proven record in team leadership and mentorship
- Engineering degree and Professional Engineer license required
- LEED® accreditation preferred for sustainability focus
