Bakery Clerk

Prairie Co-operative is hiring a Casual Bakery Clerk at our Food Centre located in Melville, Saskatchewan.

What you'll do:
Responsible to provide an exceptional level of customer service and maintain a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.
Prepare, wrap, price and stock product as required and assigned.
Prepare and decorate cakes and pastries for bakery department
Maintain and display all types of bakery products according to standards.
Provide proper maintenance of equipment, monitor case temperatures and clean equipment regularly.
Adhere to all sanitation and personal hygiene policies
Advise the manager when orders for replenishment of inventory is required and to keep proper Mark-down Reports.
Any other duties as assigned
