You will be responsible for guiding the enterprise architecture strategy at Saputo, working directly with senior leadership to support organizational goals. This includes managing architectural standards and fostering an environment of innovation and agility through modern architecture practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain architecture vision and standards
- Head the architecture review board for compliance
- Mentor teams to enhance enterprise architecture practices
- Develop KPIs to assess architectural effectiveness
- Evaluate vendor relationships aligned with EA principles
- Over 10 years in IT, with at least 5 in leadership
- Experience in large-scale digital transformations
- Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and frameworks
- Master’s degree preferred, TOGAF certified
