We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Service Manager to oversee and optimize our service operations. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction, building a high-performing team, and developing innovative strategies to propel our service department forward.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Lead and Empower a High-Performing Service Team: Provide strategic direction and guidance to a team of skilled technicians, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment. Ensure technicians consistently deliver high-quality electrical services that meet and exceed client expectations.

· Drive Business Development and Client Retention: Develop and implement strategies to expand our service portfolio, secure new clientele, and cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients. Respond to quote requests and inquiries promptly.

· Foster Open Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with technicians, departments, clients, and vendors, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment.

· Streamline Service Operations: Analyze service delivery metrics and identify opportunities to optimize efficiency, minimize costs, and ensure timely completion of all service requests. Proactively address challenges and implement solutions to continuously improve service quality and client satisfaction. Assist in resolving customer complaints

Job Requirements:

· FSR-A preferred

· Red Seal Electrician Ticket

· In-depth understanding of electrical systems, codes, regulations, components, and installations.

· Outstanding leadership abilities and effective communication skills.

· A customer-focused individual with 10 years of experience as an Electrical Service Manager.

· Experience in managing a trades-based service business and service technicians (an asset).

· A strong verbal and written communicator who conveys messages clearly and simply.

· Strong team player with a collaborative spirit, willing to support colleagues.

· Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Strong Computer Skills including the use of MS Office.

· Valid Driver's license and clear abstract.

Pay: $115,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
