About Us We are a home care agency team that is dedicated to delivering compassionate, client-directed care that helps seniors and individuals with health challenges remain safe, supported, and independent at home. Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with wound care experience to join our care team. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, and passionate about supporting clients in a home setting. Key Responsibilities * Provide direct nursing care to clients in their homes * Perform advanced wound care, dressing changes, and ongoing monitoring * Complete assessments, medication administration, and chronic disease support * Collaborate with Care Coordinators and HCAs to deliver client-centered care * Maintain accurate and timely documentation * Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare partners * Ensure all care meets Alberta Health standards and company policies Requirements * Active and valid CLPNA license * Demonstrated wound care experience (minimum 1 year preferred)

Clear Criminal Record & Vulnerable Sector Check

Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license * Home care or community nursing experience is an asset * Strong assessment and communication skills * Compassionate, dependable, and client-focused What We Offer
