Lieu : Montréal, Québec | Télétravail hybride  

ENERCON cherche actuellement un ingénieur de performance pour rejoindre notre équipe du service après-vente, basée dans nos locaux de Montréal. Ce poste propose un mode de travail hybride, alliant le télétravail à deux jours par semaine au bureau. 

L’ingénieur en gestion des actifs apporte son expertise technique tout au long des phases d’exploitation et de maintenance des projets de parcs éoliens à travers le Canada. Ce poste consiste principalement à surveiller les performances des actifs, à analyser les problèmes techniques, à contribuer à la gestion des réclamations et à développer des solutions visant à améliorer la fiabilité et la disponibilité des éoliennes, ainsi que la satisfaction des clients. 

Le candidat retenu travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les clients, les équipes des opérations de service, de l’ingénierie, de la gestion technique et les équipes internationales d’ENERCON. 

Responsabilités principales 

  • Jouer le rôle d’expert technique régional pour soutenir l’exploitation et la maintenance des parcs éoliens à travers le Canada. 
  • Analyser les données de performance des parcs éoliens, notamment les calculs de disponibilité, les écarts par rapport à la courbe de puissance, les notifications SCADA et les schémas de défaillance. 
  • Mener des enquêtes techniques sur les pannes d’équipement et les problèmes opérationnels, et rédiger des rapports clairs à l’intention des clients, des assureurs et des autres parties prenantes. 
  • Coordonner la résolution des problèmes techniques avec les équipes des opérations de service, de l’ingénierie, de la direction technique et les équipes techniques internationales. 
  • Soutenir la gestion des sinistres en fournissant des évaluations techniques fondées sur des preuves, des recommandations et des justifications. 
  • Examiner les rapports techniques des clients et des tiers, notamment les inspections de fin de contrat et les évaluations de prolongation de durée de vie. 
  • Contribuer à la hiérarchisation et à la planification des remplacements de composants majeurs et d’autres initiatives d’optimisation des actifs. 
  • Participer aux inspections chez les clients, aux évaluations techniques et aux campagnes de mesure, notamment les évaluations acoustiques et les validations des courbes de puissance. 
  • Développer et améliorer les outils, les processus et les méthodes de reporting utilisés pour surveiller les performances des parcs éoliens. 
  • Fournir des conseils techniques et partager ses connaissances avec ses collègues, les clients et les autres parties prenantes. 
  • Contribuer aux initiatives d’amélioration continue liées aux performances des actifs, aux processus techniques et au service client. 

Qualifications 

  • Licence en génie mécanique, électrique, en énergies renouvelables, en génie industriel ou dans une discipline d’ingénierie connexe. 
  • 5 à 10 ans d'expérience pertinente en gestion d’actifs, en ingénierie de la fiabilité, en ingénierie de la performance, en énergie éolienne, en production d’électricité ou dans un domaine technique connexe. 
  • Maîtrise professionnelle du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit. 
  • Solides compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes, avec la capacité d’interpréter des données techniques et opérationnelles complexes. 
  • Expérience de l’utilisation de systèmes SCADA, de plateformes de suivi des performances ou d’outils d’analyse de données industrielles. 
  • Connaissance des principes de l’ingénierie de fiabilité et des méthodologies d’analyse des causes profondes. 
  • Solides compétences en rédaction technique et en communication, avec la capacité de présenter clairement des informations techniques à différents publics. 
  • Maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel. 
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités et à travailler efficacement avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires et géographiquement dispersées. 
  • Une expérience dans le secteur de l’énergie éolienne, des énergies renouvelables ou de la production d’électricité est un atout majeur. 
  • Capacité à s’adapter à un mode de travail hybride, comprenant deux jours par semaine au bureau d’ENERCON à Montréal. 
  • Engagement fort en faveur de la sécurité, de la qualité, de l’amélioration continue et de la satisfaction client. 

Exigences linguistiques 

Une maîtrise professionnelle du français et de l’anglais est requise. Ce poste soutient les activités d’ENERCON et ses clients partout au Canada, y compris en dehors du Québec, et nécessite une communication régulière avec des clients, des collègues et des parties prenantes anglophones, ainsi qu’une collaboration avec les équipes internationales d’ENERCON. Le français est indispensable pour communiquer avec les employés, les clients et les parties prenantes au Québec. Cette exigence linguistique est directement liée aux missions du poste.

Location: Montreal, Quebec | Hybrid work  

ENERCON is currently seeking a bilingual Asset Engineer to join our After Sales team, based at our Montreal office. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote work with two days per week in the office. 

The Asset Engineer provides technical expertise throughout the operational and service phases of wind farm projects across Canada. This role focuses on monitoring asset performance, investigating technical issues, supporting claims management, and developing solutions that improve wind turbine reliability, availability, and customer satisfaction. 

The successful candidate will work closely with clients, Service Operations, Engineering, Technical Management, and ENERCON’s global teams. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Act as a regional technical expert supporting the operation and maintenance of wind farm assets across Canada. 
  • Analyze wind farm performance data, including availability calculations, power curve deviations, SCADA notifications, and fault patterns. 
  • Conduct technical investigations into equipment failures and operational issues, and prepare clear reports for clients, insurers, and other stakeholders. 
  • Coordinate the resolution of technical issues with Service Operations, Engineering, Technical Management, and global technical teams. 
  • Support claims management by providing evidence-based technical assessments, recommendations, and justifications. 
  • Review client and third-party technical reports, including end-of-contract inspections and lifetime extension assessments. 
  • Support the prioritization and planning of Major Component Replacements and other asset optimization initiatives. 
  • Participate in client inspections, technical assessments, and measurement campaigns, including noise assessments and power curve validations. 
  • Develop and improve tools, processes, and reporting methods used to monitor wind farm performance. 
  • Provide technical guidance and share knowledge with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders. 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to asset performance, technical processes, and customer service. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Renewable Energy, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. 
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in asset management, reliability engineering, performance engineering, wind energy, power generation, or a related technical field. 
  • Professional proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical and operational data. 
  • Experience working with SCADA systems, performance-monitoring platforms, or industrial data analytics tools. 
  • Knowledge of reliability engineering principles and root cause analysis methodologies. 
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly to different audiences. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams. 
  • Experience in the wind energy, renewable energy, or power generation industry is considered a strong asset. 
  • Ability to follow a hybrid work arrangement, including two days per week at ENERCON’s Montreal office. 
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. 

Language Requirement 

Professional proficiency in French and English is required. This position supports ENERCON’s operations and clients across Canada, including outside Quebec, and requires regular communication with English-speaking clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, as well as collaboration with ENERCON’s global teams. French is required to communicate with employees, clients, and stakeholders in Quebec. This language requirement is directly related to the duties of the position.
