About the Role
As a Dior Beauty Advisor, you will be an ambassador for the brand, delivering an elevated level of service while creating memorable experiences for every client.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional, personalised customer service.
- Sharing expert knowledge across Dior's fragrance, skincare and makeup collections.
- Recommending products tailored to each client's individual needs.
- Building lasting client relationships through outstanding service.
- Achieving individual and team sales targets while maintaining Dior's luxury standards.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine passion for luxury beauty and client service.
- Enjoys building relationships and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Speaks Mandarin (preferred).
- Has previous retail or beauty experience (preferred, but not essential, as full training will be provided).
