Content Designer for Digital Sales

Join a prominent Big 5 banking institution as a Content Designer, focusing on creating intuitive content for digital sales and onboarding. Collaborate with various product teams for best-in-class customer experience. This role is a 12-month contract requiring innovative content design and UX writing skills. Candidates should possess 3-4+ years in the field, alongside experience working in agile environments. Your ability to communicate clearly and manage stakeholder needs will enhance the delivery of high-quality content. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with different teams for cohesive content development
- Gather and implement feedback from stakeholders effectively
- Take part in content sprints for innovative solutions
- Work closely with UX Researchers to improve user experience
- Track content updates and manage backlogs efficiently
- 3-4+ years in UX Writing or Content Design
- Strong agile methodologies experience
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Background in banking or finance desirable
- Adaptable in creative and ambiguous settings
