Lean Production Engineer — Rapid Vehicle Reconditioning

Clutch Canada Inc. is seeking a Development Engineer to drive lean vehicle reconditioning production and lead transformation initiatives to boost efficiency as the company grows.You will partner with shop floor teams and cross-functional groups to optimize processes, staffing, and layouts using CAD and data-driven insights. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering and 3+ years in production engineering, with Lean project leadership and strong communication skills.
