- Architect solutions integrating Microsoft 365 products
- Drive employee experience improvements through Teams collaboration
- 5+ years in Microsoft solutions architecture or delivery
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 and security technologies
- Strong advisory and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred
- Ability to travel up to 15% within U.S. and Canada
