You’re comfortable with physical work, including heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, and enjoy being on your feet throughout the day. Optimize availability by analyzing sales space capacities and adjusting stock levels based on system parameters. Be a product expert by learning the features and benefits of all Textiles and sharing your knowledge with customers. Actively engage customers—identify their needs through the right questions and recommend the best solutions for their home. Support merchandising, restocking, and maintaining a safe, organized work area, including performing tasks requiring physical effort and lifting up to 50 lbs.
