Must feel confident in your ability to engage the client in activities and conversation. Must be able to search for programs for client to attend in order to integrate him in the community. Must have a good command of English and be able to converse with ease on a wide variety of topics. Passionate about providing care for young people with disability. Must be honest, reliable, confident and has good work ethics and highly sociable.
