CIMA+ seeks an experienced Senior Overhead Transmission Lines Engineer to join its Energy & Resources team. With over 15 years of experience, you'll provide high-quality design, project management, and technical support for transmission lines ranging from 60kV to 735kV. Collaborate with junior staff and utilize top-tier software like PLS-CADD to deliver exceptional engineering solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design teams and junior engineers
- Design overhead transmission lines and associated structures
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation and specifications
- Execute and manage project design work packages
- Provide technical support and conduct field reviews
- University degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of fifteen years’ engineering experience
- Proficient in PLS-CADD and CAD systems
- Registered Professional Engineer in Canada
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
