- Oversee the development of financial planning processes
- Ensure accuracy in monthly management reporting and forecasts
- Coordinate annual budgeting and strategic planning activities
- Engage with leaders to support financial decision-making
- Implement improvements for financial efficiency and reporting
- CPA, MBA, or CFA designation essential
- Significant background in FP&A and financial reporting
- Strong skills in variance analysis and forecasting
- Proven experience in management reporting processes
- Ability to create and manage finance dashboards and KPIs
