You will deliver exceptional customer experiences by qualifying, managing & converting digitally generated sales opportunities into revenue. In one of Canadas top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly & collaborative environment that encourages learning & growth.

Responsibilities
-Respond to inbound leads generated through digital marketing
-Identifying customer needs & sales potential
-Conduct outbound prospecting
-Build & maintain strong customer relationships virtually
-Quote & manage sales for used equipment, John Deere Precision Upgrade Kits & SurePoint Ag prod
-Collaborate with all dept to support customer needs
-Complete sales documents timely & accurately
-Stay current on products, tech & trends

Requirements
-Exceptional customer service & relationship mgmt
-Strong prospecting, lead qualification & follow-up
-Time mgmt, organizational & computer skills
-Self-motivated
-2y+ sales exp, business dev, customer service, lead generation, or a related field preferred
-Passionate about ag, skill w/JD & competitive precision ag tech an asset
-Diploma/Bach Degr in Ag, Business, Marketing, Comm, or related
-Valid drivers licence
-Work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, holidays
