Frontier Dental Payroll Manager Role

Frontier Dental is on the lookout for a Payroll Manager to lead payroll functions across the U.S. and Canada. This role prioritizes compliance, payroll oversight, and accuracy.
In this position, you will report within Finance while partnering with Human Resources to ensure compliant payroll processing. The Payroll Manager will take charge of complex payroll systems and oversee all payroll-related audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting tasks. Ideal candidates will possess robust regulatory knowledge and at least five years of payroll management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee payroll processing across U.S. states and Canadian provinces
• Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations and audits
• Manage payroll entries and related reconciliations
• Develop and distribute payroll reports
• Lead collaborations with Finance and HR for effective operations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 years of payroll leadership experience
• Expertise in U.S. and Canadian payroll regulations
• Strong proficiency in ACA and CRA reporting requirements
• Carry relevant payroll certification (CPP, PCP or CPM preferred)
