Senior Event Marketing Manager at Plooto

Plooto Inc.

Take charge of Plooto's event marketing efforts as a Senior Manager. Drive strategy and execution for impactful events across Canada with your expertise in B2B marketing. As the Senior Manager of Event Marketing, you'll define event strategies that align with customer acquisition goals and ensure seamless execution. Oversee the full event lifecycle from planning to on-site management, collaborating cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams. Your hands-on approach will elevate Plooto’s presence at various events. Key Responsibilities:

Define event participation strategy for optimal customer acquisition
Manage event budgets and ROI evaluations
Execute flawless on-site logistics for various events
Collaborate with leadership for impactful speaking engagements
Refine processes and report on event performance trends

Requirements:

7+ years in event or field marketing, preferably B2B
Strong project management and attention to detail
Experience with Notion and Clickup for documentation
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
Willingness to travel for 10-15 events annually
