Customer Success Operations Specialist

Drive Customer Success operations at CDW through Microsoft program management, process optimization, and accurate Salesforce and Gainsight execution. Travel may reach 50 percent.

The Customer Success Operations Specialist supports scalable programs across Customer Success, Sales, Licensing, Finance, Services, and Microsoft. This position manages licensing operations, reporting, workflows, training, documentation, and platform enablement. Its work supports adoption, expansion, retention, profitability, and Microsoft program objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Microsoft programs, milestones, budgets, and project accountability
• Optimize scalable processes and maintain operational documentation
• Process agreements, renewals, billings, claims, and customer orders
• Submit, track, and claim eligible Microsoft funding programs
• Track performance, maintain pipelines, and support reporting metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Three or more years delivering technology solutions
• Three or more years supporting IaaS and cloud projects
• One or more years in Microsoft Licensing Operations
• Microsoft Incentive programs and project management knowledge
