Role and Responsibilities
Our BDO Office is looking for an Insolvency Analyst to join the Personal Debt Solutions team in‑office and own the following responsibilities:
- Drafting documents, letters, and various correspondence to clients
- Accurately enter documents into internal systems creating formal documents in the insolvency database
- Various other duties to assist the Personal Debt Solutions department as required, including working with the local team and others within the organization
- Community outreach and use of social media to promote personal debt solutions offerings

Qualifications and Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to liaise well with staff and outside parties
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Post‑secondary education is an asset but not a requirement
- Previous Insolvency/Personal Debt Solutions experience is an asset but not a requirement
- Ability to stay organized within a busy work environment
- Ability to support high‑level management demands with strong attention to detail
- Deadline‑ and detail‑oriented with the ability to work independently
- Exceptional time management, organization, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work with and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required for this position
