Realtor Position in New Home Sales

Elevate your real estate career as a Realtor in Niagara Region, Canada, focusing on new home sales with a specialized team. This unique opportunity supports builder inventory while engaging with buyers and local Realtors. We seek an experienced Realtor to join a dynamic new home sales team under a well-established production builder. You will play a key role by managing builder listings, engaging clients, and supporting community events. This role offers variety, allowing you to expand your knowledge in a growing pipeline of future communities. Key Responsibilities:

Represent builder-owned inventory and MLS listings
Support on-site sales centers and community events
Conduct property tours and appointments with clients
Manage inquiries and follow up with prospective buyers
Develop relationships with local Realtors and brokers

Requirements:

Licensed Realtor in good standing
Professional and confident with clients and Realtors
Strong relationship management and lead follow-up skills
Collaborative and organized mindset
Willingness to learn builder processes and offerings
