Telecommunications Infrastructure Senior Manager

Direct infrastructure projects and service improvements for Pratt & Whitney Canada’s telecommunications environment at its Longueuil headquarters.This Senior Manager reports to the Director, Infrastructure, Telecom & Operations, overseeing telecommunications and messaging services. Responsibilities include employee leadership, audiovisual standards, supplier performance, procurement, and issue resolution. The role operates Monday to Friday, exclusively on-site, within a French-speaking work environment.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver telecommunications and messaging infrastructure projectsDevelop service improvement plans and resolve service-related issuesDefine and evolve audio/video equipment standardsManage cellular and videoconferencing supplier performanceSupport strategic plans across Pratt & Whitney and RTXRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree with seven years, or master’s degree with five yearsPractical wireless mobile technology experiencePractical IP videoconferencing and IP telephony experienceMessaging services and unified communications experienceStrong communication, collaboration, and cost control skillsBring infrastructure leadership, service improvement, and enterprise communications expertise to Pratt & Whitney Canada’s on-site team.
