Shape GTM strategy at Samsara as a People Partner supporting Sales teams across Canada. Use talent expertise and business-focused metrics to influence outcomes.Reporting to the Director, GTM People Partners, you will partner with executive leadership and Sales leaders. The role combines organizational strategy, talent management, compensation programs, retention strategies, and creative problem-solving. You will also collaborate with Regional People Partners, Program Managers, and Centers of Excellence.Key Responsibilities:
Align talent priorities with Sales and GTM business outcomesDiagnose organizational needs and recommend business-aligned solutionsDrive talent, compensation, reward, and retention programsPartner across the People function on strategic solutionsEmbed Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scalesRequirements:
Three or more years of relevant People Operations experienceExperience partnering with go-to-market teams or broader People functionsExperience using AI tools to improve your workStrong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving abilitiesCommunication, consulting, coaching, and facilitation skillsBring strategic partnership, talent management, and analytical problem-solving skills to Samsara’s Canadian GTM organization.
