As a Superintendent, you'll ensure all routine and preventative maintenance tasks across the property are executed flawlessly. Your responsibilities will include handling minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs, as well as being on-call for emergencies. You will also support tenants during suite turnovers and maintain cleanliness in common areas while following established safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the property

• Clean and maintain vacant suites and common areas
• Maintain life, safety, and emergency systems compliance

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years experience in maintenance roles
• General construction knowledge required
• Ability to live in the unit provided
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
