Civil Engineering Project Manager

Lead civil design delivery with project management and client communication at Davis Engineering & Surveying, LLC. Apply residential and commercial engineering experience.This Engineering Project Manager position requires 5+ years completing residential subdivision and commercial design and engineering. The work combines drafting, design, project management, and client communication. You will coordinate teams, consultants, clients, and permitting with federal, state, and local municipalities.Key Responsibilities:
Drive project scope, schedules, and budgets for assigned projectsManage design professionals and geotechnical, environmental, survey, and legal consultantsCoordinate clients, permitting, and municipal meetings throughout projectsSupport client interaction, plan preparation, and project milestonesDeliver profitable projects that encourage repeat client businessRequirements:
