As a Full Stack Software Engineer at impact.Com, you'll work on a global team, building real time data processes at-scale. You can be part of the design and build of distributed systems with an opportunity to become an expert in the field. We work with many of the world's best-known brands - you will be directly building the product we are selling to these companies.What You'll Do:
Deliver new product features using agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Copilot) as a core part of your daily workflowWrite clear specs and prompts, break work into agent-sized tasks, and guide agents to high-quality resultsCritically review, test, and debug agent-generated code, so that everything you ship meets our standards for correctness, security, and maintainabilityDesign, code, and automate tests for new product features, by hand when it's the right toolResolve real-world challenges for brands on our Partnership PlatformAddress complex technical engineering issues related to scale and performanceEngage directly with the Product team and other engineers to gather and understand requirementsHelp the team improve how we work with agents by sharing prompts, workflows, and lessons learnedBe part of an agile team process and continuous improvementCollaborate with remote team members using tools like Slack and ZoomParticipate in an on-call rotation as part of the team's commitment to own productionWhat You Bring:
4+ years of experience in programming using open source technologiesStrong engineering fundamentals. You can read, write, and debug code without an agent, and you know when an agent's output is wrongHands-on experience with, or genuine enthusiasm for, AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or CopilotStrong communication skills, including the ability to express intent precisely in writing, which is the foundation of working well with agentsA problem-solver, eager to address challenges and deliver solutionsThrives independently and when collaborating within a teamB.S. in Computer Science or equivalent professional experienceTools & Skills

Salary Range: $115,000 - $145,000 CAD per year, plus an additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance with eligibility to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant. *This is the pay range the Company believes is equitable for this position at the time of this posting.
