Customer Care Representative - Day shift (Monday to Friday 8:00-16:00)

Baxter seeks a Customer Care Representative for their Mississauga office to handle customer inquiries and process orders across multiple channels. The hybrid role (3 days on-site) involves managing customer interactions, resolving issues, and maintaining service quality standards Monday to Friday, 8:00-16:00 EST.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, fax, and chat professionally and timely
- Process customer orders and coordinate with internal teams
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently or escalate as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and meet satisfaction metrics
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- 3-5 years of customer service experience
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work hybrid schedule with 3 office days weekly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Compensation: $49,920 - $74,880 annually
