Senior Project Manager for UHN
University Health Network
Take on a pivotal role as a Senior Project Manager with UHN's Connected Care team. Lead healthcare innovation projects that improve patient outcomes using your expertise in change management and stakeholder engagement. The University Health Network seeks a dedicated Senior Project Manager to support complex initiatives aimed at enhancing health system operations. You will lead projects from planning to evaluation, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with clinical and operational teams. This position is ideal for leaders who are self-directed and skilled in navigating challenges in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate project plans detailing scope, budget, and resources
- Maintain continuous engagement with stakeholders and sponsors
- Drive projects through all phases of the lifecycle
- Adapt communication styles to various interest-holder groups
- Assess risks and propose timely solutions to management
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- 3-5 years of project management experience in healthcare
- PMP certification is an asset
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven supervisory experience preferred
