Senior People Partner at Paystone

Paystone Inc.

Drive impactful HR strategies as a Senior People Partner with Paystone. Collaborate with leaders to enhance team performance and employee engagement in a hybrid work environment. As a Senior People Partner, you will support Paystone’s Revenue and Operations teams. This role blends business partnership with ownership of people programs, ensuring alignment with our broader HR strategy. Your strategic input will guide leaders in team development, engagement, and overcoming people challenges. Key Responsibilities:

Partner with leaders to address talent needs
Coach managers on employee engagement and development
Lead key HR programs like onboarding and performance management
Enhance processes using feedback and people data
Utilize AI and technology to improve HR workflows

Requirements:

5+ years in HR, focusing on People Partner roles
Expertise in team building and employee growth
Ability to connect recommendations to HR strategies
Experience with AI and data-driven improvements
Strong organizational and communication skills
