Shape Agoda’s flights and travel packages with strong regulatory advisory, cross-border legal, and stakeholder management capabilities.As Legal Associate Director, you will advise Agoda’s travel business on consumer-facing and cross-border regulatory matters. The role partners with Product, Commercial, and Finance teams to support launches, supplier expansion, and complex legal risk management. Your work covers activities, packages, aviation-related products, and new markets.Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic regulatory advice for travel products and featuresSupport consumer protection matters, complaints, disputes, and inquiriesAlign legal risk decisions across teams and jurisdictionsContribute templates, guidance materials, and internal proceduresInfluence commercial and product development strategiesRequirements:
Law Degree and 10+ years post-qualification experienceStrong product and regulatory advisory backgroundPractical approach balancing legal risk with business needsCross-border regulatory experience in digital consumer businessesStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsUse regulatory judgment, business acumen, and cross-border advisory skills to help Agoda advance travel products responsibly.
