Sandblaster/Panter

Dynamic Disposal is looking for an experienced sandblaster/painter in its Gull Lake division. This individual will be working on in house equipment. We are looking for a versatile individual who is able to work with little to no supervision. Pay is $40.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and adjust sandblasting equipment to clean, smooth or reshape surfaces
Load appropriate abrasive materials
Inspect surfaces before and after blasting to ensure they meet quality standards
Follow all safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)
Paint equipment
Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate surface conditions accurately
Knowledge of sandblasting techniques, abrasive materials, and equipment operation
Good communication skills and teamwork capacity
Valid drivers license
