Job Description

Suite Hospitality Support is the backbone of Suites at CTC. You represent all of us whether onsite at work or offsite in general everyday life. It is the Runner’s responsibility to ensure complete communication between the Suites Attendant and the Pantry for guest satisfaction at every event. Paying attention to all details, no matter how big or small, and keeping yourself organized are key to a successful event. 

Job Responsibilities

PRIOR TO THE EVENT (on event day {2hrs prior to doors)

· Once onsite and in full uniform, and Clock In

· Head up to the Suite Pantry & Check in with Pantry Coordinator for assigned duties

· Check special notes for any assigned suites.

· Double check that suites have been set up with proper supplies & equipment

· Ensure all suites are unlocked for guests who have requested service.

· Assist with the delivery of ice, snacks, cold, and hot food items.

· Work with Suite Attendant to ensure all suites are clean and ready for service.

· Check all food orders and make sure nothing is missing including condiments & other accompaniments

· Check to see if there are any special requests (i.e. to have certain items on hold until guest arrival)

· BEFORE DOORS OPEN – ATTEND FULL STAFF BRIEFING

DURING THE EVENT

· Stay in designated Pantry area and be visible during the event to be able to communicate quickly with Pantry Coordinator.

· Do not linger in the Pantry. There are ALWAYS tasks to be completed

· Deliver all event day food and beverage orders promptly and accurately when ordered

· Assist Suite Attendant with bussing if Suites are full and need extra attention.

FOLLOWING THE EVENT

· Fill all beverage restock orders and deliver to the assigned suites for Suite attendant to put away.

· Bring ALL suites dishes back to the pantry to be organized on speed racks and brought down to the main kitchen

· Complete any assigned tasks given to you by your Supervisor/Coordinator for Pantry & Suite Cleanup

· Once your supervisor approves it, clock out for the night

· Do not loiter around the arena. For security measures, all employees should be out of the building within 15 minutes of changing.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills, ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks quickly
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Requires constant standing and walking

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

The pay range for this position is $17.60 - $17.60.
