Marketing Information Systems Intern

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Marketing Information Systems Intern to join our Marketing department this summer! In this role, you will help organize, manage, and maintain our marketing content and resources using SharePoint. You'll gain valuable hands-on experience working with information management systems, while also supporting our marketing team's operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize documents and marketing assets within SharePoint.

• Set up and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, folders, and metadata.

• Ensure consistent file naming, tagging, and storage processes.

• Assist with uploading, sorting, and maintaining marketing data.

• Implement and follow backup and data recovery procedures.

• Ensure that all information management practices comply with internal policies and data security standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Current student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field.

• Experience with Adobe Acrobat (basic editing and document handling skills).

• High technical aptitude and comfortable learning new systems and tools.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Previous experience with SharePoint is a plus, but not required - we'll train the right candidate!
