Senior Partner Manager Vendor Operations

Affirm, Inc.

Lead global BPO vendor performance and transformation for Affirm remotely, using analytics and cross-functional leadership to improve customer satisfaction at scale.

As a senior Partner Manager within Operations, you will own vendor excellence across customer experience, service levels, compliance, and quality assurance. You will shape vendor strategy, guide executive governance, and translate data into decisions. The work supports Affirm’s partnerships and responsible financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

Own vendor performance, customer experience, service levels, compliance, and quality outcomes
Lead executive vendor governance, quarterly reviews, and escalations
Define horizontal operational strategies across the vendor network
Use data, dashboards, analyses, and scenarios to prioritize interventions
Lead cross-functional rollouts, migrations, and regulatory implementations

Requirements:

Eight-plus years in vendor management, BPO management, operations, or related fields
Strong analytical background and independent analysis capability
Experience driving accountability through scorecards and structured interventions
Track record leading large cross-functional programs with measurable impact
Exceptional communication and influencing skills with executives

Bring vendor governance, analytical judgment, and transformation leadership to improve customer and compliance outcomes across Affirm’s global network.
