Aramark is Looking for Dishwashers for Food Services at Bishop’s University

Location: Bishop’s University (2600 College Street, Sherbrooke, QC J1M 1Z7)

Position: Dishwasher

Wage: Starting at $17.00/hour, to be discussed during the interview.

Schedule/Hours: Weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday); hours to be discussed.

Start Date: Immediately

Job Responsibilities

• Wash, transport, and store dishes and kitchenware.
• Assist with food service setup, sort utensils, and arrange trays.
• Perform cleaning duties as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workstation at all times.
• Clean counters and surrounding work areas, and sweep and mop service areas, the kitchen, and workstations.
• Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries.
• Follow all established safety regulations and procedures.
• Perform any other related duties as required.
• Respond effectively to operational needs.

Qualifications

• Previous dishwasher experience is an asset.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift and carry objects.
• Organized and professional work approach.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean workstation and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Bilingualism is an asset, as some of our customers are English-speaking.

The successful candidate for this position will be required to complete a criminal background check and, where applicable, a vulnerable sector screening. Employment with Aramark will be conditional upon results deemed satisfactory by Aramark.

The pay range for this position is $17,00 - $19,00.
