Your new role  

This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong underground
mining and project management experience who can work effectively in a
fast-paced operational environment while maintaining a strong commitment
to workplace safety and continuous improvement.

• Support underground technical services improvement and expansion
  projects

• Assist with underground capital projects alongside Site Projects

• Build and manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and execution plans

• Coordinate with Ops, Maintenance, Geology, Ventilation, Ground
  Control, and Survey. Conduct underground inspections

• Track progress and report on schedule, cost, risk, and deliverables.
  Support infrastructure upgrades, mine optimization, and design reviews

• Identify efficiency and cost improvement opportunities

• Maintain technical documents, standards, and ad hoc projects

What you'll need to succeed  

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent.

• Registered or eligible to register as a Professional Engineer

• Previous project management or project engineering experience in a
  mining environment is required.

• Strong understanding of underground mining methods, mine
  development, and underground infrastructure. (5 Years)

• Experience supporting underground capital or sustaining projects
  considered an asset.

• Proficiency with Deswik, AutoCAD, or other mine planning and project
  management software considered an asset.

• Physically capable of performing underground fieldwork, including
  walking steep grades and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Valid Class G driver’s license required.

What you'll get in return  

• Base salary range from $95,000 to $125,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
