Job Summary:
The Addiction Wellness Worker provides support to individuals experiencing addiction-related challenges, helping them to achieve recovery and improve overall well-being. This role involves providing counseling, facilitating recovery programs, offering harm reduction strategies, addressing barriers that may hinder recovery and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and community services to meet the needs of individuals struggling with substance use and behavioral addictions.
