Senior Engineer - Backend & AI-Native Focus

Fincentify is on a mission to restore financial power to everyday people. As our first Senior Software Engineer, you will work with the CTO to drive technical design and strategic solutions. This role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience, a solid foundation in software systems, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving, particularly within an AI development context.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and optimize services focusing on scalability
• Deliver comprehensive full-stack features
• Navigate challenges by making effective decisions
• Refactor code to enhance maintainability
• Promote best practices in AI-native development
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years in relevant software engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Advanced skills in TypeScript, Node.js, React.js
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Background with AI development tools desirable
