It Business Analyst

Elicit, analyse and document business and system requirements.Map current and future-state processes and system interfaces.Define scope, dependencies, impacts, risks and delivery priorities.Translate requirements into user stories with development-ready acceptance criteria.Facilitate discovery workshops, story elaboration and requirements reviews.Support Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement, retrospectives and showcases.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders and vendors.Support change management and the successful implementation of new processes and technology.Experience and capabilities
Five or more years' experience as a Business Analyst in a digital environment.Must have experience in Financial Services, preferably lendingDemonstrated Agile business analysis experience.Experience supporting a core platform replacement or system migration, preferably in financial services.Experience facilitating discovery and process-mapping workshops.Strong user-story development and acceptance-criteria writing skills.Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.Ability to manage scope, prioritise work and translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
