The work connects legal analysis with practical guidance for Sales, Finance, HR, Product, and Engineering.Key Responsibilities:
Draft and negotiate enterprise agreements and vendor contractsAnswer Sales questions and manage customer redlinesSupport privacy programs, reviews, and incident responseTrack privacy and AI laws affecting Solink productsCreate templates, playbooks, and actionable legal guidanceRequirements:
JD from an accredited Canadian law schoolGood standing with the Law Society of OntarioThree to seven years of post-call experienceCommercial agreement drafting and negotiation experienceToronto or Ottawa/National Capital region residenceApply commercial judgment, privacy knowledge, and clear writing to enterprise legal work at Solink’s growing SaaS business.
