Lead Novo’s cardiometabolic field strategy across Ontario and Quebec through scientific coaching, KOL engagement, and compliant medical exchange.As Senior Manager, Medical Science Liaison, you will lead MSLs within Medical Affairs and report to the Medical Director. You will translate strategy into territory plans, strengthen Canadian expert relationships, and connect field insights with Head Office priorities. The position requires pharmaceutical or healthcare experience, leadership capability, and Canadian regulatory knowledge.Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and mentor a diverse MSL teamDeliver territory action plans and KOL engagementOversee budgets, execution, and Veeva documentationBuild relationships with Canadian KOLs and institutionsConnect field insights with Medical Affairs prioritiesRequirements:
Advanced scientific or healthcare degree preferredAt least five years in pharmaceutical or healthcare industriesMedical Affairs, MSL, leadership, or people management experienceOntario base, GTA preferred, with up to 80% travelCanadian work authorization and valid driver’s licenceBring MSL leadership, cardiometabolic expertise, and field excellence to Novo’s Ontario and Quebec Medical Affairs team.
