The Public Health Nurse will engage in health promotion and prevention initiatives, focusing on community wellness. • Deliver public health programs for diverse populations
• Conduct home and school visits to support community health
• Plan and implement health promotion initiatives
• Collaborate with internal and external health partners
• Administer immunizations and manage post-immunization care Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited university
• Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration
• Certification in CPR and public health nursing (asset)
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
