Employment Type: Full time
Shift: Traditional clinic work week, Monday‑Friday; 36 hours of scheduled patient contact time
Schedule: Rotation to answer patient phone calls (no required hospital call)
Location: Ontario, OR

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient management including school and sports physicals, chronic disease management, and related exams and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with standards of care and practice policies in the medical treatment facility.
- Request timely consultation or referral to appropriate physicians, clinics, or other health resources as indicated.
- Deliver quality care for acute concerns through the MyChart telehealth program.
- Demonstrate comprehensive assessment skills, expert clinical skills, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Maintain and strengthen the Health Systems general internal program across all communities served, including obtaining Idaho medical licensure.
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner medical license in Oregon.
- Valid controlled substance registration with the Oregon Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
- Strong medical background and desire to provide care to a growing multispecialty medical group.
- Experience with EPIC electronic health record (EMR) desirable.
- Ability to obtain Idaho medical licensure while maintaining involvement across communities served.
