Sr. Site Management Assoociate
ICON
Senior Site Management Associate supporting clinical trial execution in a sponsor-dedicated model. The role involves serving as primary point of contact for site administration, regulatory documentation oversight, and operational collaboration across clinical development activities in Montreal.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for site administration, logistics, and troubleshooting during enrollment, maintenance, and database lock
- Maintain Trial Master File with enrollment and maintenance documentation for inspection readiness
- Support sites with sponsor systems navigation including IRT, EDC, eTMF, and CTMS
- Collaborate with monitors and cross-functional teams to identify operational risks and improvement opportunities
- Track documentation and systems information to ensure compliance and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years clinical research experience
- Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Systems experience with Veeva and TMF highly preferred
- Understanding of clinical development paradigm
- Bilingual fluency in French and English
- Legal right to work in Canada
