Lead AI Innovator at Lighthouse Software

Shape the future of AI in vertical markets with Lighthouse Software Group as the AI Lead. Drive product vision, strategy, and execution to unlock customer value through innovative solutions. As the AI Lead, you will spearhead a new B2B SaaS venture focused on AI and platform innovation. Your role will involve building a high-performing team, delivering production-ready AI solutions, and developing a strong go-to-market strategy. You'll collaborate with various departments to ensure successful product adoption and integration while exercising full operational autonomy. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of AI-driven SaaS solutions
• Own and execute AI strategy with high-impact use cases
• Build and launch production-ready AI systems
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Ops for market success
• Define scalable go-to-market strategies for adoption Requirements:
• 3+ years in AI software or platform leadership
• Experience in early-stage ventures and product launches
• Strong understanding of developer-centric products
• Proven resourcefulness and commercial mindset
• Excellent communication skills across technical domains Drive innovation in AI and seamlessly integrate cutting-edge solutions into existing workflows.
