Location: Montréal-Nord (East of Montréal) Status: Temporary to permanent (Temp-to-Perm) Schedule: Part-time (24 hours per week, Monday to Friday, day shift) Salary: $ 24.00 to $ 26.00 per hour (based on experience) About the Company: Our client is a well-established family-owned business specializing in the industrial transformation and manufacturing of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum products. Perform high-volume and accurate data entry into the internal system. Handle the rigorous tracking and verification of invoices. Manage various administrative office duties (filing, correspondence).
Ensure smooth tracking of client and supplier orders.
Language Requirements: Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required, as the software systems, documentation, and daily operations are conducted in English. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Systems & Accounting: Hands-on experience with an ERP system (such as SAP or similar) and basic accounting principles. Industry Experience: A solid background working within a manufacturing or industrial environment is a major asset. Summary
